Slitting

½″ wide up to 74″ wide

Master rolls cut down to the narrow widths your equipment runs.

Rewinding

3″ O.D. up to 42″ O.D.

Rolls rewound to the diameter, core size and footage you specify.

Sheeting

Roll stock cut into flat sheets, counted and packed to order.

Cutting

Die Cutting

Materials we convert

The right material for the job

Glass Interleave

Clean, low-contaminant paper placed between sheets to prevent scratching, staining and sticking.

Common uses: flat glass, mirrors, polished metal sheets

Poly-Coated Paper

Paper with a polyethylene coating that adds a barrier against moisture, oil and grease.

Common uses: coil and parts wrap, moisture-barrier interleaving, liners

Poly Woven

Tough woven polyolefin fabric that resists tears, punctures and moisture for heavy-duty protection.

Common uses: steel and aluminum coil wrap, heavy parts covers, outdoor and long-haul protection

VCI-Backed Material

VCI paper or poly, treated with a vapor (also called volatile) corrosion inhibitor that releases a protective vapor to keep metal from rusting.

Common uses: wrapping and interleaving metal parts, coils and sheet during storage and shipping

Newsprint

Lightweight, economical uncoated paper for everyday protection and packing.

Common uses: wrapping, void fill, light-duty interleaving

Butcher Paper

Strong, smooth kraft paper that resists tearing and holds up to handling.

Common uses: wrapping, surface and table covering, interleaving

Linerboard

Heavy, stiff kraft board — the same facing used on corrugated boxes.

Common uses: slip sheets, layer pads, separators

Corrugated Poly

Lightweight, waterproof fluted plastic, supplied as sheets or custom die-cut parts that can be reused trip after trip.

Common uses: returnable dunnage, layer pads, partitions, floor protection

Chipboard

Rigid, economical recycled paperboard that adds stiffness and cushioning.

Common uses: backers, pads, dividers, tier sheets

SBS Board

Solid bleached sulfate — a bright white, clean, smooth premium paperboard.

Common uses: skid runners, clean pads and inserts, high-visibility separators
